In the Town of Farmington
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will be replacing the pavement adjacent to the west end of the CTH A bridge over the Milwaukee River, east of CTH M in the Town of Farmington. CTH A west of the bridge, including the Riverside Road intersection, will be closed to thru traffic (allowing emergency vehicles) during the project. This is anticipated to be a two-day project scheduled to begin on Thursday, Nov. 5 and be completed on Friday, Nov. 6. Project schedule is subject to change due to weather and other factors.
A detour route utilizing county highways will be posted. Please obey all traffic signage in the area. Recreational access to the river will be prohibited along CTH A during the project but permitted from Riverside Road approximately 200’ north of CTH A.
