On September 25, Kewaskum football lost 43-21 to undefeated Plymouth in their Glacier Trails Conference matchup.

Plymouth (6-0, 4-0) held a 9-0 lead over Kewaskum (1-5, 0-4) in the first quarter after Cole Kuhn scored a five-yard rushing touchdown.
Kewaskum responded with a two-yard rushing touchdown from Levi Whitfield in the second quarter, putting the score at 9-7.
Kuhn scored a one-yard rushing touchdown, extending the Panthers’ lead to 16-7 over the Indians.
The Panthers were in the red zone when Jace Wichtoski leaped in the end zone to intercept the pass, giving the ball back to Kewaskum.
Kewaskum capitalized with a nice slant pass from Eli Ogi to Wichtoski for a 24-yard touchdown to close the gap to 16-14.
Plymouth added a 15-yard passing touchdown from Augie Eigenberger to Josh Watkins to give the Panthers a 23-14 halftime lead.
Kuhn hit quarterback Eigenberger on a halfback pass for a six-yard touchdown to extend Plymouth’s lead to 31-14 in the third quarter.
Kewaskum’s offense got a five-yard rushing touchdown from Landon Scheel in the third quarter, making the score 31-21.
Kuhn added a rushing touchdown from five yards and ten yards, giving him four rushing touchdowns to propel the Panthers to a 43-21 conference victory over Kewaskum.
“I was happy with our effort and our ability to respond when being down,” said Kewaskum Head Coach Jeff Rondorf. “As soon as we got out of the hole, we started digging again. We have to coach and play better so we don’t start digging to begin with.”
Kewaskum football will travel to West Bend East on October 2 at 7 p.m.
