On May 7, Campbellsport softball defeated Springs 5-1 in a rescheduled game from May 1 between the two Flyway conference teams.
Campbellsport (8-10, 4-7) jumped ahead of Springs (12-7, 7-4) in the third inning with Josie Twohig and Peyton Hall hitting singles before the Ledgers got two outs against the Cougars.
Emma Batzler hit a single to right to drive in two runs to take an early 2-0 lead over Springs.
