Jerry L. Anderson, age 84, died on Monday, March 28, 2022.He was born to Olaf and Evelyn (Kirschman) Anderson on April 1, 1937 in Milwaukee.Jerry graduated from Rufus King High School in Milwaukee, and served in the U.S. Army. He attended a tool and die school in Milwaukee and was employed as a machinist for Johnson Controls in Milwaukee and later, West Bend Tool & Die in West Bend.Jerry was married to Maria Lafluer. He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.Survivors include his sister, Joyce Rosmann; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Maria, in 1998; and one brother, Donald.Visitation was held from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022, at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Sheboygan. Ruth E. Hendricks


Ruth E. Hendricks, 95, formerly of Campbellsport, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at Villa Loretto Nursing Home in Mount Calvary. She was born in the Town of Theresa on February 23, 1927, the daughter of John and Ella (nee Hoepner) Zimdahl. Ruth attended school in Theresa. On May 22, 1948, Ruth married Oliver Hendricks at St. Petri’s Lutheran Church in Theresa.Ruth worked as a nurse’s aid at St. Joseph Convent in Campbellsport from 1976 to 1998 before retiring. She was a member of Church of Our Saviour in Fond du Lac and was very involved in church activities, including the quilting and Ladies groups. Ruth loved gardening and was a great baker, but most important to her was her family and spending time with all of them.Survivors include her daughter, Lynn (Pat) Brown; son, Scott (Denise) Hendricks; grandchildren, Roxanne (Billy) Armstrong, Scott (Lindsey) Hendricks, Heather Hendricks (James Ray), Alicia Hendricks, Erik (Sara) O’Brien, Tara O’Brien and Adon Brown (Tayler King); great-grandchildren, Briana, Kylee, Grace, Carter, Scott “Buddy”, Kenley, Xander, Xola, Emmett and Jackson; her second family, the McCarty Clan; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Oliver, on November 15, 1973; brothers, Elmer (Esther) Zimdahl, Sr. and Raymond (Norma) Zimdahl; and sisters, Addi (Russ) Carr, Alma (Ski) Swiderski and Lydia (Loyal) Villwock.Visitation for Ruth was Friday, April 1, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Church of Our Saviour, Evangelical Lutheran, 363 S. Main St. Fond du Lac.The funeral service was at 12:00 pm at Church of Our Saviour. Rev. Crystal Lee officiated. Burial in Union Cemetery, Campbellsport, will be at a later date.In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Church of Our Saviour or Cristo Rey Ranch.The family extends a special thank you to the staff of Villa Loretto for their care and concern shown Ruth during her time there.Twohig Funeral Home is serving the family with online guestbook and condolences at www.twohigfunerals.com.
