Kansas Street Paved, Horicon Residents Rejoice Personnel issues caused delays in the construction project which began in spring MITCHELL BRADLEY KELLER EDITOR Kansas Street was recently paved for vehicular use in the City of Horicon on Monday, Oct. 11, and after a full season of looking at tornup asphalt, city residents are thrilled that the project is finally coming to a conclusion.
