Council To Consider Allowing Live Music In Kiwanis Park

That is the question music lovers and Horicon’s Common Council will ask next week after the city’s Committee of Whole agreed to allow the Horicon Phoenix Program’s Summer Concert Series at Kiwanis Park to resume operation the last week in July with intentions to run through August.
