Pictured here is an undated photo postcard of a wigwam in northern Wisconsin, likely on a reservation. The style of card is likely from the 1940s. An issue here is that longhouses seemed to be more common in the Northeast, so some would argue that would not have existed here in Ashford. The Oneida now live around Green Bay, but that’s because they were kicked out of New York State, so the concept
