Harvey R. Brodzeller, 84, was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 15, 2025, with his family by his side.
Harvey was born on July 14, 1940, in West Bend, to the late Oscar and Rosetta (Meyer) Brodzeller. Harvey was a graduate of West Bend High School class of 1960. He was united in marriage to Nancy Keller. Nancy preceded Harvey in passing on November 12, 2021.
Harvey worked at the West Bend Equipment Company for 35 years, Hydraulic Gear and finished his career as a custodian for the Kewaskum School District. Harvey was passionate about welding, sharing his creative talents by doing many projects for family and friends, gardening, attending his great grandchildren’s sporting events, and fishing.
Those left to cherish Harvey’s memory include his children, Kim (Cliff) Clark and Mark (Kara) Brodzeller; daughter of his heart, Kathy (Roger) Mertz; six grandchildren, Nicole Brei (David), Rebekah, Hannah, Nate, Zack (Chesney), Abby, and honorary granddaughter, Grace; four great-grandchildren, Nora and Jackson, Jade, and Easton; two sisters, Maryann and Rosemary; other relatives, nieces, nephews, family and many friends.
In addition to his parents and the love of his life, Nancy, Harvey is preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and Thomas Brodzeller; sister, Louise.
VISITATION: Harvey’s family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., at Peace United Church of Christ (341 1st Street, Kewaskum).
FUNERAL SERVICE: A funeral service for Harvey will follow visitation at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Eric Kirkegaard officiating the service. Burial will take place in the Church Cemetery.
