Lomira Wins the Week with Victories over Chilton and Mayville BEN PRIESGEN JOURNALIST On December 5, the Lomira Lions girls’ basketball team went to Chilton and came home with a 50-44 road victory. The Lions’ (4-2, 1-2) defense propelled them to 24-13 halftime lead over the Tigers (3-2). The second half started the same way with Lomira building a 36-22 lead at the 10:17 mark.
