Arnold A. Baumhardt


Arnold A. Baumhardt, 76, of the Town of Eden, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.He was born on July 3, 1945, the son of Adolph “Schnick” and Orma (nee Capelle) Baumhardt. He was a graduate of Campbellsport High School.Arnie farmed on the family farm in the Town of Eden, and later worked for several area farmers including Dave Kreif. He enjoyed hunting and watching many sporting events especially football and baseball. Arnie was also a train enthusiast going to many model train shows and visiting train museums. Arnie enjoyed socializing in Eden; one of his favorite spots was 2fers Gametime Retreat.Survivors include special friends, Dave and Janell Kreif and Corey Mueller, and many other friends and relatives.Arnie was preceded in death by his parents Schnick and Orma.Arnie will be cremated and a graveside service will be held in the Spring at Empire Cemetery where Arnie will be buried with his parents.A special thank you to Bob Meier for all that he did for Arnie over the years.Twohig Funeral Home is serving the family with online guestbook and condolences at www.twohigfunerals.com
