Washington County Fourth Annual Juneteenth Celebration Set for June 19 In recognition of the oldest known celebration of the ending of slavery, Washington County is hosting its fourth annual Juneteenth celebration on Monday, June 19, at the Washington County Golf Course Clubhouse located at 1365 Clover Road in Hartford. This year the county is partnering with the Boys & Girls Club of Washington
